Adaptive Leadership Zambia, with support from Comic Relief – US, recently conducted a training program for ten (10) Adolescents and Young People (AYPs) who will spearhead the Accountability Project in Chongwe District, Zambia.
These young people of the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) will collaborate with the local adolescents and young population in Chongwe to implement interventions aimed at strengthening local health facilities and bridging the gap between health workers and AYPs in the district.
The Undercover – Community Accountability Youth-Led Model (UC-AYLM) is an initiative developed by Adolescents and Young People under Adaptive Leadership Zambia (ALZ).
This model is designed to hold key and influential stakeholders accountable while enhancing community health systems to better serve and respond to the needs of adolescents and young people.
Thanks to Comic Relief – US and Moore Philanthropy for supporting this initiative.
