Adaptive Leadership Zambia is thrilled to officially complete the 2019 – 2023 project implementation cycle with 659, 685 Adolescents and Young People (AYPs) reached in all 22 districts across the country.

The cycle which concluded on 31st December, 2023 focused on implementing the Adaptive Leadership methodology to tackle adolescent health challenges in Zambia.

Through collaborative efforts and rigorous analysis, the project aimed to understand the complex interplay of socio-cultural factors impacting adolescent health and to devise innovative solutions grounded in adaptive leadership principles.

This meeting aimed to share achievements, lessons learned, challenges, and recommendations, and gather feedback for future planning and improvements.
